Based in Dewsbury, Chem Resist Europe used MAS for expert help to develop a long-term strategy using the Strategy Blueprint model.

Following a 10 day MAS manufacturing improvement project, the company has achieved the following:

  • A robust strategic plan is in place for the future.
  • Turnover has increased by 22% with no increase in staffing levels.
  • New markets have been identified, including their size and potential.
  • New opportunities to offer “total solutions” to their existing clients have been identified, moving away from being a “single product type” manufacturer.
  • The company now has a better understanding of its competitors.
  • The real value of the market has been realised, including competitors’ turnover, highlighting the need to increase their own market share.
