The Programme
The SMP is tailored to suit the needs of manufacturers and consists of:
- Strategic Review – typically takes five to eight days over a four to eight week period. An SMP specialist will work with your senior management team and conduct a combination of on-site meetings and structured practical workshops which will result in a cohesive and comprehensive business strategy
- Implementation – a key output of the business strategic review is a detailed, prioritised and achievable implementation plan. Further support is available for manufacturers requiring assistance in implementing their plan
-
Performance Review – at the end of the programme, MAS-SW will undertake a free one day review to measure progress against the plan and identify further actions that could benefit your company in achieving it’s objectives.

The programme has provided us with a route to success
and ongoing support by specialists at the MAS-SW will be invaluable on this journey.”
