Running from 24th May to mid-July 2010, this eight-day Lean Leader Programme will support manufacturing managers who want to learn about drive, activate and implement lean processes within their facilities.
Applying expertise and practically illustrating how lean manufacturing techniques can be developed by leaders within a business, MAS-SW specialists will be empowering manufacturers to create team facilitators from existing staff.
MAS-SW specialist Mark Garner said of the programme: “This eight-day course will coach manufacturers not only on proven lean tools and techniques, but also on the leadership skills required to apply and implement them within their business in order to really make a difference.”
