MAS South East is offering manufacturers the opportunity to become Lean Facilitators – people that can lead change – with five days of hands-on training.
The programme consists of this 3-day Lean techniques workshop + project scoping, followed by a 2-day Facilitation skills workshop (12/13 October) + project support.
