Small and medium size North West manufacturers have access to a manufacturing review* Experienced MAS practitioners work with you and your teams to review and assess existing working processes and identify the best areas for improvement. Use the MAS review to identify the best areas to realise profitability and productivity improvements, or for benchmarking.

Process Improvements

50% Funding is available for small and medium size manufacturers (from 1 to 250 employees) to get an experienced industry practitioner working with you on-site to set up operational improvements and deliver measurable results quickly. Improvements can focus on areas including lean manufacturing, supply chain, new product development and innovation.

Supply Chain

Our supply chain service is designed for anyone with responsibility for purchasing and supplier management. By using our proven - and practical - techniques, you will quickly see improvements in cost management, inventory control, supplier relationships & performance and cash flow.

Product development and innovation

You don’t have to be an inventor to an innovator: Making existing products in a more efficient or cost-effective way is a perfect example of innovation.
