The sessions will demonstrate lean tools and techniques through practical workshops followed by a best practice factory tour to see the theory in practice.

PartyLite is a multi-million pound company that manufactures and distribute scented candles and accessories across Europe.
The best practice tour will provide an insight into lean principles used by PartyLite, including visual management and value stream mapping, which has allowed them to align the business around the needs of their customers.
The workshop, delivered by a MAS NW practitioner, will provide you with tips, tools and techniques for streamlining business processes to reduce waste, increase productivity and improve business performance.
