The practitioner team consists entirely of hands-on experts in process improvement, lean manufacturing, innovation and allied disciplines. They are practical, down-to-earth people with passion, commitment and a credible track record in improving manufacturing processes for bottom-line benefit. Specialist help and advice is also available from our team of associate practitioners from partner organisations and the private sector.
Bill Tiplady
After 24 years at Rolls-Royce, Bill is not only a hugely experienced aerospace engineer but a skilled exponent of the lean methodologies which underpin the worldwide reputation of this company. Six Sigma accredited and a born communicator, he has unmatched experience in training, coaching and implementing process improvements.

Taylor-Jayne Fox joined MAS from the nuclear industry where she focussed on improvements in fuel manufacture at Sellafield Mixed Oxide Plant (SMP): the priority was on Quality and Right First Time production.
